The conference will take place on April 19-20, 2024, in a hybrid format.
Objectives of the event:
– Establishing a platform for debating aspects of the reform of the central, regional, and local public administration system;
– Exchanging good practices among public officials from the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, and other European countries, between theorists and practitioners of public administration;
– Assessing the security risks of states aspiring to join the European Union.
The conference will conduct its proceedings in 3 panels:
Panel 1.
Reform of the central, regional, and local administration system in the context of European integration.
Panel 2.
Threats and risks to the security of states aspiring to join the EU. The experience of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.
Panel 3.
The potential and tools of collaboration between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine with EU member states in the field of local public administration.
